My name is Debbie and I have always understood that the journey is more important than the destination.  Side roads and wrong turns invariably turn out to be a joy filled adventure and something to be treasured.   My journey has taken me to some wonderful places, where I have met some amazing characters and done many interesting things. My journey is also about the day-to-day stuff, the little things where I have found profound happiness.

Welcome to my world of stories, hobbies, travel, recipes, faith, friends and family, that have and continue to bring a smile to my face.  I hope we become friends, and I hope you’ll stay a while.

Our four legged, furry, friendly, loyal and loving friend Basil. What is Matthew’s is Basil’s and what is Basil’s is Matthew’s…they are inseparable!
